This cozy,charming cottage has cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a french door overlooking the garden.  We try to provide for all your needs.  The "loo" is a high end composting toilet (smell free!)  Kitchenette has a sink, micro, toaster-oven and a half size fridge.  You can do everything but shower there.  Come on into the house to shower (robe and slippers provided) it is 15 steps across the private garden. (yes, I counted!).  Laundry is available also.

Rates: $65 a night, $400 a week, $750 a month

*Extra person $10 nightly, 50 Weekly.  **Available monthly fall - spring.

This designer decorated apartment is more than furnished. We provide the things you need and didn't even realize it. Hairdryers, waffle iron AND mix, staples, (yes both kinds, rice, sugar, flour, coffee, garlic, olive oil, paper, tape and scissors). There are games, independent films, down pillows galore, and great stuff to read about the city and beyond.  The bedroom has a queen temper-pedic mattress with deluxe linens and down comforter (terry bathrobe and slippers provided too!) The large living room,14x24, has a daybed/couch, comfy chair, tv, extendable dining table and chairs, and a private alcove w/ a new hide a bed w/extra foam layer.  There is a private entrance, french doors, leaded glass windows, berber and oriental carpets, and a very fully equipped kitchen.(yes there are champagne glasses for celebrating!)  We aim to please, if you need it, we are likely to have it!  While this is a daylight basement, beauty abounds and you will be thrilled at the views.

Rates:  $115 a night, $555 a  week, $1395 a month
